PHYSICALS

The UIL Physical policy for students that participate in athletics for the year 2007-2008 is as follows:

All student athletes that will be in 7th, 9th or 11th grade this year MUST HAVE physicals. Physicals taken in May should already be on file with Doc. If you did NOT have a physical in May, you MUST HAVE a physical before school starts. They physical must be filled out on the School's UIL physical Form. Forms are in the High School Office, at the High School Fieldhouse or print this form.

If you have any questions, call 817-306-4224. 9th through 12th graders who plan on playing football, should report to the fieldhouse on July 26th or 27th. Lockers will be assigned and equipment tried on.

YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL BEFORE YOU CAN PRACTICE!
